Edgie Eats Bakery is the creation of Hannah Egerton (‘Edgie’).
The magic happens in our brand new, spacious and custom-built bakery in Bristol, where baking is a passion, not a job.
What started as a hobby turned into baking for friends at University then into a Ltd company in 2022. She has never looked back. Her (terrifying) energy, drive, creative spirit and desire to build a business that cares as much for people as it does for cakes defines Edgie Eats.
Edgie Eats Cafe By The Downs opened in March 2024 and the team continues to grow.
The journey has just begun!

Jess - Full Time Baker (…her smile infusing every cake with joy)
Sophie - Cafe Supervisor and Barista (…dangerous on a skittle alley)
Stewart - Distribution, Sales, Website, Token Male (does lots, but still can’t make a coffee)
Millie - Distribution and Part Time Barista (Pyrographer and creative spirit)
